User Conduct

Furthermore, you agree that all terminations shall be made in HealthPartners’ sole discretion and that HealthPartners shall not be liable to you nor any third-party for any termination of your access to the Site.
Indemnification.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless HealthPartners, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants and agents from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including without limitation attorneys fees) arising from: (i) your use of the Site and any of our related services; (ii) your violation of these Terms of Use; and (iii) intentional wrongdoing of any kind. HealthPartners reserves the right, at our expense, to participate in the defense or settlement process. HealthPartners further reserves the right to report any wrongdoing that we become aware of to any government agency.

Governing Law and Forum for Disputes

Copyright Complaints

When we receive proper Notification of Alleged Copyright Infringement, we promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers as described herein in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
